Welcome to Olympon, a software as a service (SaaS) platform operated by LemonGrass Communications S.L. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Description

Olympon provides an AI-powered business automation platform that includes AI agents for marketing, sales, customer support and content creation.

3. Registration and Account

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Olympon offers various subscription plans. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Use of the platform for illegal, fraudulent or third-party rights-infringing activities is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and technology of the platform are the property of LemonGrass Communications S.L. Content generated by users through our AI agents belongs to the user, subject to the licenses necessary to operate the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Olympon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be notified with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona.
